Leading board-certified family physician, Dr. Martin Thou. McElya opened Neighborhood Medical Center in 1998 to provide superior, seven-twenty-four hour period medical care to patients of all ages throughout the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex. Neighborhood Medical Center is endemic and operated by Dr. McElya and his daughter, Alyssa McElya. Dr. McElya treats patients everyday along with a first-rate team of experienced medical professionals. In fact, patients oftentimes see Dr. McElya, clad in a white lab coat and sneakers, dashing between exam rooms to ensure all his patients are seen by him directly in a timely manner.
Neighborhood Medical Middle has its own in-house lab and provides Ten-rays onsite. The practice handles family medicine, urgent care, occupational medicine, worker's compensation, immigration exams, routine physicals, vaccinations and management of chronic conditions that range from high cholesterol to diabetes.
